all you need is a peep hole (the thing you look through the door with) just put it in front of your camera lens. and thats basically it. i put the peep hole in a film canister so that it would fit perfectly on my lens. but you don't really need to do that.
you can buy different types of peepholes. i used the 200degree one...i think. but it all depends on which on you prefer. 180 is wide angle 200 is more FISHY =P
